I must admit – I am not a professional pianist or something. I’m only learning to be one. However, I must share my adoration of this piece. Usually when musicians are asked about their preferences in times of great composer’s works, you may first of all hear what’s ‘on the ear’. In case of Beethoven, “Moonlight Sonata” or “Fur Elise” or “Fifth Symphony” would most likely be mentioned, for they are really worthy. For me, apart all that, Beethoven will always be associated with “Pathetique” Sonata No.8
