I was in doubt about which version I want to purchase as I actually like listening to both Katherine's and Vera's for different reasons. This time though I opted for Vera Lynn since it was her who introduced this song to the troops, and to the world. It might be not as smooth as the older jazz performances but when played on the piano it sounds just the way I imagined it.
