Zur berühmten Fantasie in c-moll BWV 906 sollte ursprünglich ein Fuge gehören. Das Bach'sche Autograph bricht aber bei Takt 46 ab und die Fuge blieb unvollendet. Nach intensiver Beschäftigung mit dem vorliegenden Notentext habe ich die Fuge ergänzt, indem ich zunächst die Umkehrung des Themas einführte, die sich dann im Wechsel mit Varianten der vorherigen Zwischenspiele perfekt mit dem ursprünglichen Themenmaterial kombinieren ließ.
