It's been my second piece to play in the role of a confident piano 'intermediate' so I was a bit of nervous I'd never make it right from the start.) I did, though! Once you go through the right hand melody in your mind, the whole piece somehow opens up to you and you draw that beautiful consequence of sounds in the head. I'm still working on the stable performance before I could proceed to the author's peculiarities of style - my aim is to get as close as possible to THE Ellington!:)
