“Hang Me Up To Dry” is an indie rock song by the American band from California – Cold War Kids. It was written in 2006 by all of the band’s members and released first as EP and “Robbers & Cowards” album track and a year later – as a single. The song is based on the metaphor of drying a person just like wet clothes on the clothesline. “Hang Me Up To Dry” charted both in the UK and the US. Musically, it is a 4/4 composition at 92 bpm.
