Lips of an Angel (Hinder)

I have a student who is very excited about this song, he would often mention it so I decided to give the piece a try and try to work on it together with him. It turned out to be a challenge to find an appropriate score online, as there are too many with numerous mistakes in the melody and chord. This one is just what we needed, the closest there is compared to the original recording. I think I wouldn't make a better transcription myself if I had to.
