Written in 2021 this is a meditation for piano beginning with the UK National Anthem (somewhat disguised due to writing in common time rather than triple) and ending with the hymn 'Lo, He Comes with Clouds Descending'.
In between you will hear references to Vaughan Williams's lark followed by the disturbing descent into Censorship, Cancel Culture, Covid overreach and Critical Theory in all its guises (dissonant low Cs in bars 42 onwards). Alongside this you will hear the ugly realities of the globalist BuildBackBetter mantra (B#, B♮, B♭ motif in bars 44- 53) before the sudden, triumphant return of the King - King Jesus - the only one who can ultimately sort out the evil and ugliness in this world; the only one who can truly build back better (B♮,B♮,B♮ in bars 57 &58). When he comes he will bring everlasting peace (bars 60 - end) and he is the bright morning star (final chord)
