This is my concert transcription of the complete movements of Antonio Vivaldi's La Primavera 'Spring' transcription. I wanted it to be a "piano piece" like Bach-Busoni's Chaconne. It is an advanced level piece.
Other movements are uploaded separately as well as the complete 3 movements in one file. The complete Seasons (Spring, Summer Autumn, and Winter) are also available in complete form.
The score on the Youtube video may look strange but when you purchase the score they are very professional looking and does not look like the score on the video.

This is the Violin 2 part from the full score of 'Spring.' Elementary to middle school age youth orchestras can play this part quite easily. This Violin 2 part allow the students to get an idea of the 'real' Spring in terms of the melody and rhythm. This Arrangement is in D Major of two sharps of which normally is the 1st scale one learn at an early age! so, playing this music become even easier! One does not have to worry about challenging keys and fingerings as well! This Violin 2 part is playable and fun! Lastly, this Arrangement allow students to understand, learn and play in the 'style' of Baroque music (unknowingly) by playing contrasting dynamics and using very little bow of which was the only way to play during the 17th and 18th century! due to the length of the bow and of course, the instrument! It is very exciting to hear and see youths playing these Arrangements! They feel empowered!

This is a free setting for 2 voices and keyboard of the Gregorian text "Christus est nobis, Venite adoremus" followed by the Roman version of Psalm 94.
"Christ is born to us, Come let us Worship.
Let us rejoice in the Lord, let us joyfully sing to God the Savior.
Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving,
and let us joyfully sing psalms to him."
The setting is an arrangement of Antonio Vivaldi's Concerto grosso op.8 n.1 (The Seasons).
