Die 6 Orgel-Triosonaten sind zwischen 1727 bis 1732 entstanden. Es wird vermutet, dass mehrere dieser Werke zunächst in kammermusikalischer Besetzung entstanden sind. Da aber keine auswertbaren Quellen vorhanden sind, lässt sich diese These weder beweisen noch widerlegen.
