This is a contemporary performing edition for SSA voices of an Early Renaissance Venetian motet on verses from Psalm 92 (It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto Thy name, O most High!). The edition presented here is both in the original Latin text and a separate setting in English from the St. James version. Copies of the original manuscript are found in the National Library of Florence, Italy. The music can be sung by a female choir, a children's choir or 3 soloists. It can also be performed by three instruments such as an oboe, a violin, a flute etc. It can be performed at a Church service or can be included on a Concert program. The music is a cappella but a piano accompaniment is provided for rehearsals.
