Lilac Shirt is based on an incident that occurred when my friend’s father, with best intentions, tried to do the laundry.
The piece is pretty standard bebop with pretty standard changes. The mp3 file features a recording of the piece with some solos thrown in for good measure. I can’t really play it but I tried my best!
