This is an arrangement with variations of a song from the early 20th Century, in "swaying waltz" (Schunkelwalzer) style, was composed by Kurt Lojka,
the late father of one of our singers in the Lutheran choir in Stretford.
It is a jolly song with typical Viennese humour and has been a favourite of his family and especially his wife - Ilse!
Ilse has given permission for it to be published.

Dieses Stück ist ein Arrangement eines Liedes aus dem früheren 20ten Jahrhundert, im Schunkelwalzerstil, und wurde ursprünglich vom verstorbenen
Kurt Lojka komponiert, dem Vater einer unseren Mitsängerinnen im lutheransichen Chor in Stretford.
Es enthält den typischen Wienerhumor und ist immer ein Lieblingsgesang von seiner Familie und besonders von seiner Frau - Ilse! - gewesen.
Ilse, als Eigentümerin des Nachlasses, hat mir die Genehmigung erteilt, das Lied und das Arrangement zu veröffentlichen.

Dieses Lied aus dem früheren 20ten Jahrhundert, im Schunkelwalzerstil, wurde vom verstorbenen Kurt Lojka komponiert,
