Horn Concertino was composed in 2000 when I was in Baylor University, belonging to one of my earliest compositions. The piece has three movements: fast-slow-fast which follows the traditional format of
concerto. The first and third movements share common traits in terms of harmonic language and textures, whereas the second movement is more lyrical and expressive.
