“Turn Me On” is a popular soca-dancehall ballad by Vincentian social artist Kevin Lyttle. The song was written by a team of songwriters Arnold Hennings, Michael Keith, Kevin Lyttle, Daron Jones and others. It was released in 2003 and became the debut single for Kevin Little, as well as part of his first self-titled studio album. As soon as the composition was remixed for entering American market, it became a number-one hit reaching the top 10 in over 15 countries worldwide. Many would recognize another popular R&B song by 112 – “All My Love”, and it’s clear – the song samples this famous composition. There have been numerous remixes and covers recorded, e.g. reggaeton remixes featuring Ivy Queen or Alison Hinds, covers by Himanshu Suri, Jay Sean, Mumzy Stranger, DJ Cheat Codes, Chris Brown. The song was called the No.1 Dancehall & Reggaeton Chorus of the 21st century by Billboard magazine. Kevin Lyttle released two more albums but no song ever managed to equal “Turn Me On” in popularity.
