All of Me

Die Ballade toppt meine persönliche Favoritenliste. Das Klavierarrangement ist unglaublich, so einfach aber manchmal rührt es mich zu Tränen. Schlicht und schön, ein echter zeitgenössischer Klassiker. Bin überrascht, dass ich kein passendes Notenstück finden konnte, dieses ist aber genau was ich wollte.

But for a few details, I am overall satisfied with the version I purchased. The main advantage is that it's a bit simplified one so a person like me who has been out of practise for quite a while can get back on track pretty fast. What I missed in the score was the pre-chorus part that's present in the actual recording but that's a minor flaw compared to the quality of the score and the pleasant pricing. Planning to get a bunch of more songs by John Legend to play.

As a non-sentimental person at all, I was really touched by this song. Its piano melody alone gets to the deepest of you..

I can imagine how great it feels for John's wife to have such a powerful music dedication!

You know there are piano solos that you can hop on playing with eyes half-closed and find yourself doing this melody many time on repeat simply because you find so much pleasure in it that you can't stop playing. So, here is one for me.

Diese Noten sind genau die richtige! Ich suche schon seit gestern All of me für Klavier aber mit der Akkordenerklärung. Ich habe das Lied schon auf meinem Korg ausprobiert. Also, klingt ganz gut. Diese noten lassen sich aber nicht transponieren. Obwohl für mich ist das auf gar keinen Fall ein Problem....ich schaff es auch auf dieser Tonhöhe.

Here's a perfect example how important it is to get inspired for writing music by things and events and feeling that are personal and sincere. It's too sad that nowadays a lot of artist run for the commercial profit rather than the joy of creating an artwork itself. A beautiful ballad with very moving lyrics, love it!

One of my favorite love ballads actually. It's quite easy to learn on piano, to I practices a little and made a surprise for my wife on our 5th anniversary. No need to say how much touched she was by my (not bad at all!) piano performance :)

Das ist das innigste Liebeslied, das ich in meinem Leben bis jetzt gehört habe. Die Ballade ist so schlicht, aber gefühlvoll… und John Legend hat eine wirklich fantastische Stimme… Was für eine glückliche Frau ist seine Freundin! :)

Such a beautiful piano ballad! It really must have been something personal for the author to get inspired for writing this gorgeous music piece. Love the sincerity and openness, it’s always something that attracts me in music. That’s one lovely way to conquer the heart of your crush for sure, hehe
