This is the second volume of a series of books that offer a gradual approach to learning to play the piano. There are 24 pages of music. The INDEX is included in the PREVIEW pdf. I am trying to update the style and harmonic/melodic possibilities even when learning basic scales and chords. These are a series of short exercises that will motivate and encourage the student. This volume includes scales, chords and motifs for one and two hands in three Major Tonalities and Two Minor Tonalities. The full series will be of several volumes and offers more musical examples than theoretical explanations; if a person knows basic notation and rhythmic interpretation, the series will work very well as a self-teaching method. Otherwise a teacher is recommended to explain basic concepts and the series will work as an aid to a progressive study of the piano or keyboard. The titles and explanations are in two languages: English and Italian (for my many students in Italy where I live).
