This is one of my longest fugues to date, I think. It calls heavily on the Final Contrapunctus of Bach's Art of Fugue, although Bach is greater for sure. This piece is drawn out, only resolving to the major in its final bars. The piano is a very expressive instrument, and I hope the work exemplifies the possibilities of expression.
