Renato Tagliabue is a self-taught composer from Paderno Dugnano, Italy. He was one of those boys who were fascinated by music since early age. Renato, in particular, was most awed by the spiritual religious pieces and this is what led him to become a composer and arranger in this genre. Renato’s love for sacred music was primarily based on the three figures: Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, Johann Sebastian Bach and Ludwig van Beethoven. He studied the music of these great composers in as much depth as possible, backing it up with the manuals on harmony by another three – Schoenberg , Farina and Dubois. Renato believes that music’s main mission is to communicate the beauty and this is what he strives for through his pieces. His original compositions and arrangements can be listened to at his YouTube channel, while the sheet music is available for download at his personal site at MusicaNeo.
