Vladimir Sterzer was born in Russia but at the age of 14 had to move with his family to Germany. From the first piano lessons as a boy he showed exceptional skills, won first prizes at piano competitions and entered the university without examination. Vladimir studied classical, pop and contemporary jazz music at the Mozarteum University of Salzburg, Austria. Vladimir Sterzer composes in a wide range of styles and genres – for example classical, New Age, contemporary pop, film, game music. His major albums include “MUNDUS MEUS”, “PHANTASIA MEA” and “CHRISTMAS IN”. Besides composing, Vladimir teaches piano, keyboard and guitar.
