"Say Yes" is a song by American singer, songwriter and musician Elliott Smith (Steven Paul ‘Elliott’ Smith). This track is the final one in his “Either/Or” album released in 1997. This song is probably one of Elliott’s most popular hits. According to musician himself, it was written for a particular person who he was in love with. “Say Yes” is one of the tracks used for the “Good Will Hunting” soundtrack. It is also widely used in movies (“American Pie Presents: The Book of Love”, “Hurricane Streets”) and was covered by artists like Ben Folds and Death Cab for Cutie.

Dieser Song unterscheidet sich so stark von anderen Werken von Smith, er ist eigentlich ganz verschieden. dieses Lied ist „leicht“ und „optimistisch“ und die Melodie und der Text sind wunderschon.
