A tricky medium-up swing piece. I think it's a bit deceptive in that it sounds a bit simpler than it actually is, or at least that's what I found when I actually tried to play it! It's probably easier on a saxomophone though.
It's designed as a leadsheet so you can do whatever you want with it pretty much!
Word of note - the split Adim/F chord could also be an Fb9. I only realised this after I finished the PDF and sibelius file. Oops.
