Based on a tune I wrote years ago called Kioko's Song. Kioko means "happy child" and so it seemed appropriate to rework it and dedicate it to my newly-born baby cousin Norma Jones.
Thanks for listening & hope you like it! Please get in touch with any feedback or requests - michael.roberts@ucl.ac.uk
(please note that the song that used to be called Norma's Lullaby, which I decided was not lullaby-esque enough to bear that name, is now called Apus!)

A simple piano arrangement of a lovely melody. This piece would be particularly good for newer pianists, given the easy key and slow pace. That said, there is plenty of room for more advanced players to add expression and feeling to the piece.

A simple piano + lead instrument arrangement. Although a Bb trumpet is used in the recording and on the score, the download also includes the lead melody in C (other keys are available on request - please see below for contact details).

The piano arrangement is very simple, but chords are included if the pianist wishes to embellish a little.
