This is an unknown early Italian Christmas Carol "Let Every Heart Rejoice" belonging to the collection of Conferati, in the safe of the Library of the Music Conservatory "Luigi Cherubini" Florence, Italy. We have transcribed the early print to a contemporary three voice setting, SSA voices. We have also provided a translation of the text into English for comprehension. The original Italian text is very poetic and full of early terminology. The style of singing should be similar to that of a Triple Meter Madrigal, or dance rhythm, similar to a Gig tempo. The Carol can be performed in a church service or in a concert program. The music can also be performed with an instrumental group.
