Bowing technic is up to the taste and, or school, of the musicians involved in the interpretation of the piece. A diatonic Harp can be used, as long as one replace the not playable notes with pauses. I will be glad to anser all your questions on this or any other subjects concerning this piece.

To be played Solo or with Stringed Ensemble, on the Score - "The Princess of Sintra - Harp and Strings - d-Minor. Using a diatonic Harp is possible, because most of the piece is diatonic and the orquestral arrangement covers those few impossible Harp notes. In the case of playing a diatonic Harp Solo, entire bars would have to be cut off, but that would not be a problem for the piece anyway.
