I've always feared that pop music pieces that originally have a lot of electronic dance music elements would sound pretty faded and monotonous when performed as instrumental solos. Not true! What Do You Mean makes a cool piano piece too, perhaps due to the playful array of chords and rhythms. Accompanied by the vocals, it sounds saturated enough.
