Trumpet Slurring For Beginners is a guide to help trumpet players who are just starting out discovering how to play lip slurs. I have found the best way to do this is to begin with slurring downwards slowly to get used to the motion of connecting two notes together.
Students can then quite quickly master slurring upwards and downwards.
