This frenetic ragtime/novelty piece opens in Bb major, followed by a 2nd subject in Eb major transposing to F major with a bridge in D minor working it's way back to the original opening. I wrote this piece as a novelty piano study and then thought of the title which I soon realised that the piece isn't really 'stride'. I then added a few 'tenths' and slides to the opening section but it still remains one of my novelty (silent era) pieces. Anyway I like the title for some reason...
