This waltz was half completed (melody and sketched chord - no ending -) when a pupil, who had lost her spark for enjoying playing was looking for something new. i half jokingly suggested this - and to my surprise, she loved it ! It really inspired her.... so I was inspired to finish it, - we inspired each other, hence the title ! She went on to play quite a lot of my music, and regained her love of playing. I am fond of this piece for this reason...
