This is a piece about dementia - and it's effect. We had been out with a family member who has dementia to a beautiful garden that we, and they love in the day. we had gone on a beautiful summer's evening - they had not enjoyed it - nor had we.... it was so very sad..... I came home and wrote a poem - then this piece followed. I am sharing it, because it exposes what dementia does to those who suffer, and their families who suffer with them. Any royalties earned by the composer from the sale of this piece or its performance, will be donated to a charity for those with dementia.
