Wees gegroet
voet voor voet
treed ik in jouw spoor
de gelijkenis is natuurgetrouw
de moeder
het beeld van de vrouw
in het water
weerspiegelt haar ziel
zij draagt onze vader
zij voedt de lammeren
zij troost de armen aan haar boezem
haar gezicht
verlicht mijn pad
ik weet weer waar ik sta
en ik ga verder
voet voor voet
vind ik mijn weg
in deze stad
