Each piece has a certain story of the modern fairytale of love and friendship, being tender and honest in the Waltz and Melancholy as well as intriguing and clever in the Tango. A beautiful suite of the contemporary times but with a nostalgic note into the past, brilliantly pianistically written, allowing to express an infinite pallet of colours and feelings. An incredible musical journey which is captivating in many ways, a suite which will definitely be the top of my list in my concert repertoire"

Waltz in e flat minor
To me, this piece could be much more than a waltz: it could be an epic story,
where the music narrative unfolds in a cinematographic manner. Listening to it, I could imagine a love story whispered on a rainy evening. Or maybe the
remembrance of a happy memory passing like a shadow through the night.
However, no matter which story we may choose, it could easily be paired with
Andrei Tudor’s Waltz. The natural flow of the music matches the synergy of the two themes, concluded in the vibrant and unexpected contrast between the tonal registers. Thus, Andrei Tudor depicts a marvellous inner universe, fragile, yet powerful in reaching the listener's soul with surprising emotions. Either we may experience the Waltz as performers or listeners, it could become a personal story, driven by this splendid musical jewel offered by Andrei Tudor
