Only first 53 bars of CREDO from Pastoralmesse for four part mixed choir and organ (1851) have been completed by the Swiss composer Pater Leo Stöcklin (1803-1873). I have rewritten this section and added melodical movement, elements of polyphony, thematic and textural elaboration, while keeping the structure and many harmonic details untouched. The next section, starting from Crucifixus, was composed by me using the musical language and
some principles of composition typical of Pastoralmesse and the time its author lived in.
