The plot for this pieces revolves around the citizen's role to stop oppresive crime and rescue the damsels in distress.

A vicious hate group has stormed through Russian and is intent on inflicting heavy damage. In the process, the group has kidnapped some wealthy young women and look to overpower them in every way possible. That is, until a group of citizens decide to revolt and fight back in the city streets, both by foot and by vehicles, using any weapons and help necessary.

Although there is a subtle Baroque influence early in the piece, there is not that many pieces for which the melody is based on or incorporates.
