I first picked the wrong piano transcription and realized it was a too complicated difficulty level for me only after the purchase. But I didn't use the print out attempt yet, luckily, so I contacted the support team and asked if anything could be changed. I got a refund and now I've repurchased the right version and am about to start practicing :) Endless thanks to the team for letting me do it, I understand that a few bucks is not such a huge deal and that I am to blame for my own inattention but this is exactly what I value in services like that - care for details! In general, a recommendation to musicians - make sure you buy what you need before making the payment, not just any company would meet you halfway like Musicaneo in such cases.
