3 exercises to help piano students develop a smooth change between the thumbs of either hand. All the exercises have descriptive lyrics and are written using Middle C hand position.
1. All Thumbs! - This first exercise uses only thumbs, but is vital first step in developing a smooth action between the RH and LH.
2. Taking Turns - Exercise 2 follows on from the previous one, introducing D in the RH and B in the LH.
3. Stepping Up And Down - The 3rd exercise extends up to E in the RH and down to A in the LH. The lyrics help with the concept of walking in steps up or down to the next note.
