Based on a Christmas carol composed/arranged by various composers including King John IV of Portugal (1604–1656) and John Francis Wade (1711–1786) but probably going back to much earlier times. My variations are as follows:
Verse 1: 4 time, major mode, tune on clarinet 1 (or Eb clarinet) (Wade's harmonisation)
Verse 2: 4 time, minor mode, decorated tune on clarinet 1 (or Eb clarinet)
Verse 3: 3 time, major mode, tune on clarinet 3
Verse 4: 3 time, minor mode, tune on bass clarinet
Verse 5: 4 time, major mode, tune on clarinet 2
The pdf file contains score and parts and also an alternative Eb part for clarinet 1
