“I Finally Found Someone” is a song performed as a duet by two popular singers – American star Barbra Streisand and Canadian singer Bryan Adams. It appeared in the 1996 film directed by Barbra “The Mirror Has Two Faces”, in the soundtrack (final credits). The song’s authorship is also attributed to Marvin Hamlisch and Robert John Lange. The composition was nominated for Oscar Award and became one of the most significant music hits for Barbra Streisand in over 10 years. It got into the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 and the Hot Adult Contemporary in 1996. “I Finally Found Someone” was covered by Sammy Kershaw and Lorrie Morgan in their country version, and by Celine Dion in her live version performed at the Academy Awards in 1997.
