“Here Comes the Sun” is a pop-rock song by one of the most famous British rock bands The Beatles. It was written by one of the band members George Harrison and released in 1969 as part of the band’s 11th album titled “Abbey Road”. The song represents the relief in connection with the oncoming spring and also symbolizes the author’s apparent rested state. “Here Comes the Sun” became one of Harrison’s most popular songs as a songwriter, along with "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" and "Something”. It was covered by many artists among which are Richie Havens, Steve Harley, Joe Brown, Nina Simone, Peter Tosh & George Benson. The composition features a Moog synthesizer and acoustic guitar. Musically, it is an A Major composition that follows pentatonic scale and contains syncopation in the voice parts.

This piece is charged with positive energy and radiates it around no matter on what music instrument it's being performed. I love the rested George Harrison and find his songwriting talents even more interesting than McCartney's and Lennon's. It's a perfect song to sing a cappella but at the same time it sounds gorgeous both on piano and guitar. It's the first time that I'm playing it as piano solo and I'm very pleased with the result. Glad that the score of the arrangement offered here is not so perfunctory as it happens at some of the resources for beginners, for instance.
