On the 20th of November 2017 guitarist Ruud Harte premiered Tiento I of composer Hans Bakker in The Hague (Netherlands). Recently he has recorded the piece, and soon it will be released on CD (Spotify, iTunes, Amazon etc.) on the Navona Records (Naxos) label.

Both the Tientos for guitar were inspired by and intended for Hans Bakker’s then colleague, the famous Irish guitarist
D a r r a g h O' N e i l l. But shortly after Tiento II was completed - the work was dedicated to him, and the first completed of the two Tientos - Darragh returned to his country. Afterwards Tatakh Huismans premiered Tiento II in concert in 2009. And in 2017 guitarist Ruud Harte premiered Tiento I also in concert in The Hague (Netherlands).
