WHY did I happen to hear this song at the worst moment of my personal life ever? It's following me up to now, even though everything is alright with me. Partially because of the strong personal associations and partially because of the great piece of music as it is - Someone Like You is something I'll remember Adele for, too.

that's an ultimate love song. She must have been a very brave woman to bring all her personal stuff to light like that. Or maybe that was a way of overcoming a tough period of her life. Still what I respect about Adele in this song is the honesty and a decent way of coming to terms with the past. therefore such a powerful song and such popularity among common people i believe

I find it so 'painful' to listen to this song. But in a sort of a good way, if it's even possible to say so. It feels so personal that one may think that Adele was there inside your soul with all its problems and sufferings, watching it all and then spilling it all out in music for you so that you could find the words to describe your state.

I think that everyone who has ever had a difficult break-up or simply lost a person he/she loved a lot, can perfectly relate to this song. That’s amazing how Adele always manages to put in words what millions of people have in their heart. Maybe that’s why it made cry a few time at the most hard moments of my life…

I’m the type of person who keeps changing music preferences once in a while to taste more stuff out there and that’s why I try to refresh and update my playlist quite often adding new music there. But guess what, Adele’s Someone Like You has found a steady ground in my collection.) Could hit the re-play forever, even when the peak of its popularity has passed. What a voice, what lyrics..
