“It Must Be Him” is a popular song most known as a recording by the American vocalist Vikki Carr. The music was written by the French composer and pianist Gilbert Bécaud, known as "Monsieur 100,000 Volts" for his performances full of energy. The original lyrics by Maurice Vidalin are in French and the song is titled “Seul Sur Son Étoile”, which can be translated as ‘alone on his star’. As for the English version, it was written by the American songwriter Mack Davis and published in 1967. Such artists as Shirley Bassey, Dottie West, Betty Chung, Harry James and others recorded their covers of the composition. But the most popular interpretation no doubt belongs to Vikki Carr: her cover reached the 3rd position of the Pop Chart in the U.S. The singer also released Italian and Spanish versions. Her English performance was featured in the 1987 film by Norman Jewison “Moonstruck”. Other well-known singles by Vikki are “He’s a Rebel”, “Summer Samba”, and “With Pen in Hand”.

So herrliche Melodie, ein richtiger Klassiker... ich habe diesen Song schon tausendmal gehört, aber bei jedem Anhören entdecke ich etwas Neues und Wnderschönes!

that's one of the most sincere and open display of affection to a man you love. Incredible song , id give a lot to be able to get Vikki on a time machine and perform this live today..
