2 exercises for students learning to play one hand legato while the other hand plays staccato.
Students have a lot of fun and enjoy the challenge these exercises present, a bit like patting your head and rubbing your stomach at the same time!
Each exercise needs to be taken very, very slowly at first, so that the student learns what the different hand actions 'feel like,. Once mastered they can have fun playing faster. The 2nd metronome mark is a suggested one only.
