This is the third movement of leyendas del valle written for classical guitar quartet/ensemble.
iii. el curandero- This composition is about a medicine man who gives spiritual cleansing to people who are sick; especially from evil spells. The cleansing involves chants, drinking strange potions, body oil rubs, etc.
