Poco misterioso is a concert piece that explores expressive and technical potential of a button accordion. Each of five sections of the piece presents a certain sound image and a type of a theme development and texture. The work was written on suggestion of Russian accordionist Iosif Purits. He premiered it in Oslo in 1992.
