"On the Street Where You Live" is a song from the 1956 musical “My Fair Lady” based on the G.B. Shaw’s book “Pygmalion”. The music was written by the Austrian-American composer Frederick Loewe and lyrics by the multiple Tony Award winner - lyricist Alan Jay Lerner. In the theatre work, the song is performed by the Freddy Eynsford-Hill character (played by John Michael King), while for the film version the work is sung by the American tenor Bill Shirley. There are a few recordings of the song that became especially popular. Among them are the interpretations by Vic Damone (the most successful one), Eddie Fisher, Andy Williams, Bing Crosby, Ray Conniff and others. Damone’s recording was released as a single in 1956 and hit Billboard’s No. 6 and UK Singles’ No.1. The Loewe-Lerner collaboration lasted three decades and also brought about other successful film and theatre works such as “Brigadoon”, “Camelot”, “Gigi” and more.

That's a very good copy of sheet music that works good enough for both the singer and the accompanist. The score is definitely easy to follow though not as easy to play due to the fact that the chords are not too simple in the original composition. The arrangement is quite manageable, though. If you transpose it to the needed key (the key that works best for you, I mean), it is guaranteed to steal the show. The piano melody in here is just amazing.
