“Be Like That” is a post-grunge song by the American rock music band 3 Doors Down. It was written by the band’s members Brad Arnold and Chris Henderson and released in 2001 as part of the first album titled “The Better Life”. The single became widely recognizable to the Americans after it got into the Billboard Hot 100. The song was also used, though slightly changed, in the popular American movie “American Pie 2” being featured on its soundtrack in 2001. According to the band’s lead vocalist, “Be Like That” is a song about following the dreams that you missed.
